Thumbnails not showing up for articles

The images show up in the actual article, but they don't show up on the what's new page.

I also removed all the images from the demo folder and the /modules/mod_image_show_gk4/cache/ permissions is set to 777. I tried searching the forums and couldn't find a solution to my problem.

Does anyone know how I can get the thumbnails to show up?

Please check whether there are any generated thumbnails in /cache directory after you delete the old ones. Probably module simply can't create thumbnails because of some configuration issues. What is your PHP version ?
