Hi all,

I just subscribed again on Gavick after months and I'm really disapponinted about Gavern documentation. I couldn't find "How to Create New Layout" documentation. Isn't there any doc about that or couldn't I find?

Thanks...

Hi

Gavern is a layout itself, so creating a new one is basicaly changing the one You have now. All informations available are here https://www.gavick.com/documentation/ca ... avern-3-0/

To change the layout simply enable override.css file in template settings and customize the template whatever You want using CSS.

Thank you for reply...
But what if I want to change some php codes and make overrides? Because I don't need only modifying CSS codes.

Hi

If You need to customize HTML than all the code You will find in /layouts folder.

I already know template's html and php files are stored in /layouts folder. But where should I copy them? There is no documentation about this and this is really disappointing for me.

Gavick developers should consider re-building their doc page. It's very difficult to find something and very lack of information.

HI

The blank version of Gavern isn't out yet, so I believe when it will be a propper documentation will be attach. Right now You can work on Gavern which was used to create our template, so no additional copying is needed. You just need to simply modifie the file You got right now.
