New Jomsocial template soon?

Will there be a new Jomsocial template soon? Or will you wait until Jomsocal 2.8 is released and then release a Jomsocial template for 2.8?

Till JomSocial won't be responsive, we probably won't release the next JomSocial template.

That won´t happend until april next year according to their roadmap.

I've just saw this :/ In this case we will have consider preparing our own JomSocial responsive style. But in this case it will take at least 2 months to fully test it. So probably the earliest template with jomsocial can be October one, but I cannot promise today anything for 100%

Ok but Jomsocial 2.8 will be out in october and I am planning to remake my site early next year so if you could get out a responsive Jomsocial template in october (or november) that would be awesome!

But could you keep us updated with the development of this? Maybe a blog post when you decide how to proceed

Oh, sorry my mistake

First of all we have to decide to develop responsive theme for JomSocial - it needs check of a lot of things, because JomSocial is a really complex component and then we will know if it is possible to implemnet RWD in the current JomSocial structure.

I understand, but when you have decided if it is possible or not could you let all the users know with a blog post?

What is the sense writing about something what won't be released? The logic is simple in this case - "no news -> no jomsocial template".

So I know if I have to look somewhere else for a solution. I don´t want to wait forever for a news that will never come, and if there is no news I will wait a long time in the hope that there will be some news. Which is unnecessary.

If there won´t be a responsive Jomsocial template tell us and we can look for another solution and if there will be we will be waiting for your solution.

Have you decided if you will make a responsive Jomsocial template?

I saw that Joomshaper did one so it seems like it is possible:
