how to work on three different templates

hello guys
i have two questions if you allow
1- i have J-BOLO << chat module << and i am trying to put in above << wibiya toolbar << as you can see in my site here's the link www.thetalentedsociety.com but i couldnt make it appear,,,<< no matter what i did and it didnt work at all ,,the TOOLBAR is in footer_nav position and ,,i tried to put the chat module there so i can have chat like facebook one , any tips so i can make it work thanks ,,in case you didnt understand my issues :
i want to make CHAT MODULE appear above the WIBIYA TOOLBAR but it is not appearing at all
2- guys ,,i want to be creative in my site ,,thats why i want to work on other templates ,,i am using MUSIC CITY NOW and because MUSIC & PARTY FREAK do work with JOMSOCIAL ,,i decided to work on them but i wonder if i am able to assign modules to a specific template without having them appeared in the other templates ??? << if i change to other one << otherwise what i am exactly trying to do is to use the three templates << because i have installed an option to allow to users to change the template but because every template almost has its own or a little different positions & its assignment , i want to know if there's any tips or a plugin or anything ,,,to let me use the three templates as i want ,,thanks

1. You are using way too many plugins which uses javascripts and there bound to be a conflict as you are having multiple js errors. So I suggest you sort them out before adding another one in to the mix.

2. You can use advanced module manager and assign your modules to templates. You will see lots of additional assignment options while adding or editing a module. See following link.

thanks for the reply ,,yes i have advanced module ,,i wasnt that sure to use it but now since you mentioned it i'll be using it and could you please tell me how to fix ja script errors ? as you said in the first part of your reply ,,,that'd be very helpful to tell me how & what ,where to fix these errors so i can avoid them in the future with any new addition ,,, is there any plugin to use it to fix these error ,,if there's any solution or tip,,,,could you please tell me more about it thanks

You can use Firebug for Firefox to see your js errors.

Right now you have 2 js errors.

Data passed to mootools-core file is null so there is an error in that part of the code although I cannot see where it is coming from.

Created by inline js probably from carousel module of some sort.


Your second error might be related / caused by first error.

To be honest my recommendation is make a copy of your website so you can install it offline with windows servers such as Wamp or Xamp then start disabling plugins / modules one by one until you find which one is causing you errors.

Also whats with all the modules in homepage, have you considered or checked your website speed at all, they are slowing you down big time.

Hello ,,,sorry for the late reply ,,,i have been so busy with the site,,,some components was messed up ,,,but i finally could fix them ,, and thanks a lot for the explanation,,,now i detected the errors aswell ,,i disabled them both ,,,honestly i dont need them ,,,maybe thats why i didnt pay attention or even notice that they might've been causing me error,,,,now i guess everything works fine and i'll keep testing things,,,thanks a lot i really appreciate your suggestions & tips ,,,thanks again ,,much luv & respect
