trade-directory with payments?

Hey guy´s ,

i´m searching for a possibility to figure out a joomla based trade-directory like moset´s tree + payments component, or something like the subscription plans that used by gavickpro.
Too bad there isn´t a well designed solution available.

Any idea´s?
