Unable to access K2 User Groups

When I attempt to open the K2 User Group option I get a blank white screen.

Why is this?

Please check following file names and make sure they are lowercase. You might also get same error in extra fields tab.
administrator\components\com_k2\models

Code: Select all: extrafield.php extrafields.php usergroup.php usergroups.php

I've just checked and they are all lower case.

Download K2 from K2 website and reinstall it from extension manager.

If that doesn't solve the issue please send an admin access and ftp access to my email normanuk [at] live.co.uk and I ll take a look. Please include this topic link in your email.
