html <br /> tag display as: leftbracket]br /[rightbracket]

hi
im using Image Show GK4ver. 1.30 and need to use html <br /> tag inside the slide Content.
Clean (X)HTML is off but there is no line breaks and the content contain " leftbracket]br /[rightbracket]".
how can i fix it so there will be line breaks?

just forgot to tell im using black and white style/

the site is going online in 2days and nobody tell how to fix the bug that html tag (br) display as [leftbracket]br /[rightbracket]"..
