how can i do the (headers)titles better,its too big for me?

Line: 283 which is below. Change 24px to lower value. Please note this will also change in other views where same class is used.

For Font color add the following to file templates/gk_templatename/css/override.css and enable it in template settings > advanced settings > css override "on".
Change #000 to your chosen color.

Bottom bar with menu and links.

Just know that in future template updates you will have to re do this mod so i have to document it as well.

for bar?i see one footer menu and one button menu

Bar is a fix code it is not a module,
Menu is in position "bottom_module"
Framework logo you should be able to switch it off in template settings.
