One domain one template but in more joomla instalation

Is it possible by jour rules to have one domain and 4 folders under that domain, multiple joomla installations and templates.
Something like this:
www.domain.com ->template Fashion
www.domain.com/eng ->template Fashion
www.domain.com/rus ->template Fashion
www.domain.com/ita ->template Fashion
www.domain.com/ger ->template Fashion
The problem is that one company wants multilanguage website but in separate folder because every language will have same design but another offer.
It is all on one domain but is it violating your rules?
Perhaps u know another solution for mine problem?

With Falang component and SEO ON a link to the page would look just like it was a subfolder.

But using multiple joomla for the same site is treated as a single domain anyway. So all this counts as 1 website.
