While I am happy with the product, back end functionality and options of components and extensions, it is extremely disheartening to have issues that are very obvious to you not be made more universal recognized I've lost a four days in a panick for an issue that when looked at took two minutes on my end to resolve. Had the person who initially read the ticket and looked at the problem instead of misdirecting a critical issue, I would have been a very happy customer. Instead I've had to rely on outside help from overseas, both failed the task miserably. I'm a fairly astute researcher, but their is really no complete easy to follow information from start to finish available online. It doesn't make sense for the manuals that you have online to be from 2009 and 2010... useless. You can't buy a frying pan at a department store with out a manual from the year it was made. You have build websites that have few real competitors in the market, yet no one at your company thought it a good idea to shoot 10 minute videos for these issues.
You make assumptions that we will figure things out, or know it already. Take a look at your board the majority of your customers can navigate your sites bc they are user friendly, but flood the forum when a bug hits. Reason being we are not developers with the condience or know how of your team. Hence the flooded forum .
Rather than your customers stuck, why not offer a service option on a monthly basis. I would gladly pay for a service that offered videos of how your staff work through basics and problems. I can guarantee you would get a positive response, and here's the great thing about a topical video. Rather than have to wade through bug issues on your board, we would be provided the tools to empower ourselves.
i'm confident Lebron will not win tonight, and that should turn my mood around somewhat, but in the back of my mind its buckles my stomach not to be able to operate my site as it is meant to be and could be if your company had responded to my two offerings of funds.
I hope the company continues to put out great products, bc their is no company i know that will turn down cash money to examine and fix a problem.
