Hi,

This is what I see when using IE9 to surf the site http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/559/9284976550.jpg

It's totally the same display when using Firefox or Safari.

Please clarify.

Thanks,

hey Don, Sorry for multiple messages..

I've been using a hand held if you view the site in fire fox, safari, or chrome you will notice the font size difference, additional menu items and no writing on the bottom left, can you send me your email address

I have tried like you said but couldn't see the problem, can you use screenshots to point it out?

By the way, you have to perform upgrades yourselves, I can't help do that for you.

Thanks,

Eureka!

I've added more bandwidth and and the menu and font issue is fine...

the only remaining query is why the words:

appearing on the bottom left-hand corner in ie9

I had someone apply the upgrades and the site came back upside down, is there any way you could help me this one time as it may sort the words appearing issue..

i will be more diligent in checking for updates going forward, additionally I have added further sql databases to my hosting package, as well as a daily backup. That may not take effect until tomorrow, so if you are able to work on this please make a back up. Also very sorry I have been freaking out.

I can see it's a problem from module mod_random_youtube_video_fancy_zoom which isn't our product so please contact its author to get better support.
