As you can see in the picture ( I pointed red line ). When ı add or change articles , the disorder appears . How can I adjust this problem ? or which module should I use to adjust ?

As you can see , ı have just change one article and the appearance has changed again . Also I want to learn that I pointed the second picture 1-2-3 sections . Which modules belongs to these sections ?
