Wrong download link on Gavick.com

AppsPro Tech have as well update problem via Joomla template manager. Installed Template version: <version>3.1</version> QuickStart Package. See screenshot:

Anyway script showing update 3.1 availabe (when is already installed) and new template version is 3.2.

Trying to install update from 3.1 to 3.2 version via Joomla Ext Manager and error message appear

Template Install: There is already a Template using the named directory: Install. Are you trying to install the same template again?

I'm really sorry for that, but somehow I have just downloaded the template and in xml file it shows:

I thinks it's correct, maybe our developers have been aware of that and fixed already.
