someone here told me that it's better not to edit the original files , he told I must use the override file , this is my question

Module Class Suffix: (space)advert

generate:

PUBLICIDAD

instead of:

ADVERTISEMENT

Hi

You are making some confusion there. Override.css file is exclusively for overrule template css classes added on original files.
The word "ADVERTISEMENT" comes from header module. In this case, you need to create one module assign to english language and other to spanish.
