What is the normal update procedure for modules?

Hi,

What is the normal update procedure for modules? Do I simply install on top of the already installed modules?

If I update Image Show GK4 module, will I loose the slides and images I've already created?

Hi

The update procedure of modules is only replacing files via FTP and this procedure you must not forget to replace the language file on respective joomla language directory.

On the case of Image Show, none of the slides will be lost.
