PM outbox out of function

Outbox is not working. Two pending pm's - what is the problem.

I don't know why it's so, maybe the inbox of receiver is full, if you are sending them to me, use my email address instead, don(at)jschase.com

If you are sending it to other moderators, let me know who they are and I will get in touch to let them know.

Once again the mail in outbox is pending hour after hour. It is not sending the mail. The two from last week thoug seems to be sent. Furthermore, I have never been able to attach a jpg - many moderaters wants that - and I would like to - but it is simply not possible.

I've tried to get in touch with NormanUK without success. I will ask a developer to check these problems of the forum now.
