I am a big fan of Gavick and their templates. Lately, I am not impressed with the support in the forms. Should we be using the support desk feature instead? I have had a question posted since March 7th in these forums and have yet to receive even an acknowledgement that someone read the post. I then posted something about 24 hours ago and it has not been read yet.
I paid for and use my Lifetime subscription and think you guys put together some excellent templates, but I sometimes need some support and I thought this was the place to ask the questions. Even if the questions I need help with are not supported in some way, a simple, "we don't support that" or similar is better than waiting over 2 months for a question to be answered or acknowledged.
