How do i get the template to be visible the same way regardless of the computer screen. I am attempting to get my template to appear like vevo.com which is a site that has a full screen image/slide show that appears the same way regardless of the computer screen

You can try to use override.css file and set template width to percentage value but probably vevo.com use some javascript to set proper page width.
