why i see mobile / desktop switcher in desktop view?

Could you please say why i see mobile / desktop switcher in desktop view?

One day it just happened. I opened website on desktop and it had mobile view. I tried every function. Disabled enabled cache, no result it is there.

Please delete your cookies and check it again or on different browser, maybe you store cookie file from mobile version and this cause this problem.
