Updates

Where can I download updates? I went to updates section, but I cannot really click any files. In the template manager, it lists updates available but when I click it, it leads to an error.

All files in download section are latest updated files. Simply download the file from downloads section and follow the files changed in updates page. If you haven't made any changes to template files then simply download template file and install from extension manager.

I have a similar problem. My installation is several months old and we are still in the development stage. So I decided to bring everything up to date:

Joomla version 2.5.3 is installed
Jom Social 2.4.2 is installed
downloaded the gk_party_freak_J!25

Re-Installed through the Extension Manager Update-Upload Package File
>>"installing template was successful"
Templates Manager: Templates
>>displays Version 2.7
Template Manager: Edit Style
>>-displays the same list of updates needed 10
with dates from 11/10/2011 thru 2/20/2012

Am I missing something, where do you download the patches/updates?

Download option in Joomla shows an error.

Updates list only shows version number of the template and doesn't mean you need to download and install all of them. Its just a list to compare it with your version.

For an example imagine your template version was v2.4.1 and when you look at the list you can see there are several releases after your version so you just download the latest from downloads section and install it.

For your information 2.7 is latest for now and it is not being added in update list.
