c'mon, don't be like that. Few days're not going change your business to worst. It's better get high end template without bugs than get template and be panic after that (remember LeagueNews template).

I usually check theese threads out and it's always the same. Gavick is running late and some of you get very annoyed by this fact.

I consider the Gavick team to be, probably, the ones producing the most visually atractive templates for Joomla! today. And I think you do to?

I understand why people are impatient. They all paid for professionell template club. If they´ve been told "release until 20nd" and none official one is telling why it´s delayed again, it´s kind of acting unlucky. Especially then, as last template also delayed dramatically.

I guess no one would be angry, but do not promise and don´t deliver without informing your community. If we support our customers like this

Can someone from Gavick Team at least have the decency to explain why? when? the template will be available.
We all talk about the quality of the templates (they are great), but more than that, we the customers would like to be able to take Gavick serious When we promises a template on a date, it should deliver.
But that never ever happens.

I wrote earlier about being patient, and I still believe thats the way to go, at least for me.

However, I must agree that Gavicks strategy for dealing with this "issue" is just creating a lot of negative energy... I'd love a "work in progress page" where we could follow their work. I now that they cant/wont release screensshots early on and but they could fill it with other stuff like type of design, if it has webshop support, social support and maybe a progress bar so we can se how far they come... Why not let us paying customers vote for what kind of designs we want, help them coming up with ideas... Theres a lot of opportunities to create positive energy instead...

Gavick is best, but very poorly managed the relationship with customers. I encourage Gavick Team to change this situation. I think it's easy.

If he did we would make an effort of releasing their template on timely manner, like any other template provider .
He would keep the customers update with the progress of the work, he would explain why the delays,
And MOST important stick with the release DATE, but he never does, and that makes us look like stupid,
Do not say a date of a release if you don't pretend deliver in that day.
That is just bad business manners.

Why have you Remove my topic.

All i said was that Gavick has said that the March template was going to be out on 20th of March
And that we the customers, the ones that are making him rich, are being tread with disrespect,
not one word from him explaining why the delay.

And removing my post from saying (asking that ) that its just low, Just proves what i said previously.

Would anybody of Gavick team be so kind and take a stand of the announcement by Robert himself, that the march template will be released until March 20th? Meanwhile we are 8 days over without any hint, delay declaration or anything else like that. It feels a bit like support has gone...
