Missing positions after to install gk_twn2

Hi, greetings.

I've acquired the gk_twn2 template and I think it rocks.
The best dela I've made since I've started to use PRO templates.

However, when I've installed the template I believe that some errors has happened, because some positions are missing.
Example.
USER POSITIONS will until 7. AD positions are missing, and there are other that are missing and I don't remember which one.

I tryed to reinstall template but I just duplicated it.
Now, I was researching in template and I can't get the sql file related to the template creation.
I belien if I run it at mysql workbench it should solve this issue (Am I right?).

If I'm correct, please, could you advise where it's this sql file (or give it to me in case this is a web based service)?

All template positions are defined in "templateDetails.xml" file which you can find in root of each template folder.

I uploaded a "new copy" from the file.

Unfortunately it shows only some positions.
Example. USER positions exists until 12. But it shows until 9. My joomla é 2.5.2, but even when was 2,5,1 the issue was happening.
There are lots of positions missing and I would like to know ip you could take a look on this for me
