Life time license - cannot add another domain

Hello,
I subscribed to lifetime license subscription for long time and added 2 domains from my max 5 domains.
But now i can not add my other domains in it, when i click on "Manage your domains" menu, I got error:

404 Error - Page not found.
The page you're looking can't be found

Can you guys please help me out? I just want to use your templates legitimate. :p

As you may have noticed GavickPro website is going through few changes in layout so i suggest you wait until all changes are finished then add your domains.
