Can't see the changes I make right away

I'm using the Icki Sport template. For some reasons that I ignore, every time I make a change it's not updating on the site right away. It takes a while before I can see the changes I made. Anyone can help me solve this issue? Pliiiiizzzz :?: :?:

Hi,

The issue may be just a problem from cache system, try disabling all cache modes to check if it makes the site get changes right away.
