Dear Gavick,

How & where do I change the font colors of the duplicated top menu 1 to red and top menu 2 to carbon ?

Also, when I duplicate the Main Menu it does not show, is this a template limitation,

Thank you,
Ross

The best solution is use suffix for this module. Please set some suffixes for this positions and then add to override css code like this :

.suffix1 {color: #.... !important}
.suffix2 {color: #..... !important}

and remember enabling 'Use override CSS' option in template settings.

Dear bkrztuk,
thank you, please bear with me as I am not a developer. I used the following suffix: suffix1 {color: #FF0000}
and put it in: Module Class Suffixes on the right hand side of the module settings. Or do I need to put it in Menu Class Suffixes? I also searched for Use override CSS but couldn't find it nowhere in template admin panel, where is this function located? Do I also need to use the point in front of the suffix? Can you, please, direct me how to do it, Thank you in advance, Ross www.media.travel

Problem solved!

Please, check: http://www.media.travel for examples.

See following example:
Go to Joomla Admin > Extensions > Module Manager.
Now you will see all the modules in your website.
On your right you will see following filters to make the list shorter in case there are few hundred modules ;)
Filters are : Site, Select Status, Select Type and so on...
Click on "Select Position" and select "custommiddlemenured"
Now on module list you will see only one module which is "Top menu III (2)" , click on it to edit its settings.
Now we are seeing module settings.
In Position click on "Select Position" button and select "custommiddlemenusilver". Save and close the settings.
Refresh front end and you will see it is in silver color.
If you disable the module in back end , the box in front end will simply disappear until you enable it again.

Best regards,

No problem at all Ross, just make sure you keep edited files safe in case you update your template. In such time let me know and i ll make the necessary changes again.

See you around...

Hi Norman,

Thank you so much!

I'm sorry to bother you again, but this is an issue that I had never bumped into before, i.e. after having made significant changes to a template, how do I update it and where are the previously edited files located and which ones exactly are they? I want to learn how to do it myself, so if you could guide me through the process again, that would be very kind of you.

best regards,
ross
