All translations for front end are in root/language/es-ES or default one in /en-GB directory.

yes thanks, I know that, but i still need help. Unless there is not spanish translation yet for that module.

No there is only en version. You need to copy english version to es folder and change name to es-ES.mod_news_pro_gk4.ini, then you will need to translate it.
