Get rid of category and subcategory from menu and breadcrumb

Hi,
I tried and searched a lot but cant figured out how to get rid of category and sub category title from navigation as well as breadcrumbs.
Is there any way to do ?

Hi

I do not understand what is the problem. I think simple unpublishing it from menu should do the trick.
