Edit modus from front-end

I have tried to solve a problem when superuser is logged in from front-end. Everything seems fine, and all the functions, like "Add a new article in this category" or "Edit this item".
When I will work out this, a window is poped up (just like an image show window with an X up in the right corner) Outside that window everything is dark.
The problem is that there are NO posibilities to save the work and a lot of the controls are not shown.
I have tried every possible browser with same result.
I have also changed the default editor, but same result.
What is the problem? Can anyone help!!

I think this feature is no good for me. The only "person" that gets those features (edit and make new items) is the "Super Administrator".
There must be something wrong here.???
