Setting up syndicate feed

Hi i am trying to work out how to properly set up the syndicate feed with world news template. I have tried doing this and have come across a couple of problems.

One problem is when i publish the feed it does not give the name to the feed that i have given it. I have given it the name soap news on my site http://www.in2town.co.uk but it just comes up with feed.

The other problem i have is, when i put a position of right bottom or any position for the feed, it only shows on my main page such as http://www.in2town.co.uk/Soap-Gossip
It will not show up on content pages where i have soap gossip articles

The other problem i have is, when i press the feed it does not show a feed and goes to another part of my site.

Can anyone please let me know what i am doing wrong as i would like to use this to generate more traffic. also what position on the site is the syndicate position
