Quickstart package problem

I'm trying to download the quickstart packages of Music and Game template...

but Winrar says the files are corrupted and I cannot unzip them...

Anyone had this problem? How to solve it?

I downloaded them but didn't see any issue. There might be problem with your internet connection while downloading those. Please try downloading again.

The server seems to have been kinda overloaded today but the team is off so I can't inform anyone to check it now. Please try again later..I'm really sorry for this inconvenience.

Just downloaded both files , both extract fine.

Can you download any other compressed files for test purposes and see if you can extract them. You might have a bad memory modules / wrong memory timings or a bad sata cable etc...

If you do get errors with other files then try running memtest program to check for errors in system level. Try to test each memory module on its own if there is more then one when running memtest.
