Hello
I used youshop template with virtuemart component (quickinstall), and appear messages of error in top of page. This message:
Error: couldn't connect to host
Error: Failed to retrieve the Currency Converter XML document
I need help with this bug.

This is not a Gavick Issue nor really a Virtuemart issue.
Your shop cannot retrieve the Currency converter XML provided by the ECB (European Central Bank).
It is mostly a problem with your host who does not allow remote connections.

If you're using localhost there is a quickfix:
