Forum, Ticket System, Forum again. I guess you are a little bit cofusing about how to give support to your customers. Please go ahead on a line and do not change again in the future.

...and something wrong in the generated notification emails

The url to the topic in the email looks like e.g. ".../forums/topic.html?f=13&t=2456" and ends in 404
