Can't see how to view replies/ make response in support form-redirects

Hello, trying to respond to NormanUK reply to my post 89-news-show-pro-gk4/95161-module-styling-how-to-have-less-space-wasted-below-module.html

but it just redirects to https://www.gavick.com/index.php?option ... ,6,8#95270
maybe I just don't understand how this forum works.
Website is www.mccarrisonsociety.org.uk, lead story headed "McCarrison Society Mini-Conference:"
- I adjusted the css (in the template css (can't find your css?) to get the Title and Text displayed higher up, but the module still takes up lots of depth on the Front Page.
