Observations regarding documentation deleted by Administrator

Seriously, gentlemen? I make observations about the lack of template documentation and you delete my post. I must have struck a nerve. I think it only fair to inform potential life subscribers, the only subscription level I can fairly criticize, that documentation is not included with your templates and support is dependent on the generosity of the community at large.

Observations and constructive criticism, I see, will not be tolerated.
