Hey everyone,

I'm just wondering what the best way to get support here is... I've made several posts, and they are normally ignored until I directly email an admin with the url of the post and then support is almost immediate.

That's nice, but I feel like I'm hassling him, you know?

Any suggestions on ways of getting a little support here? I normally try to post screen shots, post urls, search the forum before I post in order to not ask a question that's already been asked, etc.

I love the templates here, I guess I wish the support on the forum was a little better. I'm sure everyone's really busy, but since I'm paying for access to this support forum, I guess I expected a little more.

Otherwise, I love the Gavick team and templates. Keep up the good work.

Unfortunately, the support here is not very good. Once I was told that my questions were "too basic" ... :)

I do not dare to do more questions. If I have questions, I try to solve it yourself

On the other hand, I do not understand why so many people seem to have so many problems with Joomla and templates. I rarely have problems ...

I have gone through several posts and noticed there are still a lot that haven't been answered, as old as two months old.

Wouldn't it be easier if a manual actually came with the templates so that we don't have to keep asking questions and having to wait many moons for answers?
