I have now tried to contact you through a support ticket but I don´t get an answer, all i get is an automated answer that thinks my problem is solved because I haven´t responded in 48 hours. I haven´t responded becuase I didn´t get an answer in the first place!

@erka - in situations like this please send me to [email protected] e-mail with name of person who owns your Ticket and the Ticket ID. I'll intercede. I'm trying to monitor all tickets but sometimes it is hard to detect that somebody doesn't get the help in the proper time, because if you send your response in the ticket after 48h then it seems that ticket still is "fresh".
