Hi
That's because you have "Clean (X)HTML in content" parameter enable.
If you disable it will bring up xhtml to content allong with typography (naturally).
But if you disable "Clean (X)HTML in content" i recommend that you also disable "News content - image position" option so that image is not duplicated.
