A linkable background... is it possible? How to?

What do You mean about linkable background. I cannot see anything like that on the example.

Sorry. Still no adv in the background. Anyway this is a customization issue but probably You can find a module or plugin for that on the web.

I got an idea but this require a couple of changes to the template.
