For some strange reason when I go to the News Show Pro Group in Photoslide to change the content it keeps giving me an error after editing that "Slide has not been edited"

I have attempted changing permissions in the components directory, but nothing seems to be working. Also the thumbnails on the first two items in this grouping have disappeared.

Any ideas?

There seems to be quite a few problems with News Show Pro GK4 and Photoslide GK3 for this theme.

It's from within the Photoslide settings. When you try to add text or links to a slide or update, you get the error message.

Unfortunately I cannot find the reason of Photoslide not working ;/ I'll ask programmers for help with this.

Sorry. We haven't tracked anything. Programmer has told me that He has no problems with adding a slide. Please tell Us what You are trying to place there. Maby it's an unsupported image type or some special symbols in text.

It seems that any text that you insert that has a >'< in it cause the error. For example, you can't use contractions like - can't, they're, isn't, it's and so forth.

There are two appostrof like symbols. One is being use in codding so cannot be used for text. Please try with: ' or ` .

Yes, I know this. However, neither one seems to work. I utilized the same text on another Gavick using Photoslide and it worked perfectly. There is something wrong with the code on this theme.

This is really strange ;/ The code is exacly the same. The only thing I can think of is that the mysql server can be configured to not accept some frazes. Anyway when I know that it's because appostrof than maby programmer will be able to help. I'm sending this to Him one more time.
