Main menu space for interaction

Hello. My question is simple. In the main menu, i get some notices from a client that only when you mouseover the letters in main menu you get interaction. How can i make all the button to interact with the clicking?

No problem. Because the website is online, but locked where can i send you the username and pass?

I mean this code:

the bold is where it says which area is clickable... i want it to be all the button, not only the text!

hello. Me myself forgot the issue, but a visitor reminded me this annoying "problem". I imagine that the solution is simple.
