main menu missing?

I did a new install of Corporate Ltd from the quicktart. When I run the site, I don't see the main menu. And, the links that are available are broken.

In Administrator, the Menus's list shows that the main menu has 24 items, however, when I go to edit the menu nothing shows up in the list, and I cannot add anything.

Any ideas?

I am running Win 7 Ultimate, IIS 7, PHP 5+ (latest), mySQL community (latest)

I suppose it's the problem with joomla. Please try to upgrade it to the latest version.
