Column menu sub navs NOT showing

Hello,

How do I get it to show like the attached COLUMN menu?

I want it to show the current menu item and sub menus, but NOT the other sub menus of the main menu items.

For example, in the FAQ, it should only show the 5 sub menus.

The other menus like web links and news feeds should NOT show sub menus.
