Need to re-download the template..where?

Hoping someone can help me. I have a website that is having a forbidden access error. Research online says it possible could be a .hts access issue. Problem is, I can't find the template on my computer anymore. I opened a new account and it looks like support has been discontinued. However, I still see forum support here..which is a relief. Can anyone point to where I can re-download this template? or can give me the .htaccess file?
