Frontend Image Uploader Not Working

I was trying to add an article from the frontend as a sample author and the image uploader button is not working.

The site is LABlackPost(.)com

I've just test it and works fine.
Used Firefox and added image on article.
Anyway, if you are referring to upload image option, this user "demo" doesn't have permissions to upload. Only add image from images directory.

I have tried it using IE and Google Chrome w/ the Admin login and it still didn't work.

I did try it using Firefox and was able to select the file that I wanted to upload - but system error stated "Upload Failed"
