You can use only one pagination (one for articles and one for links) in one position: top or bottom. Without custom changes in module code you can't achive this effect.

how to change module code

Please open directory root/modules/mod_news_pro_gk4 and inside this directory you will find all files related with module. Remember to make changes also in script not only in module layout.
