update 2.8 news II template

Hello, i'v got a questions.

1. How to update to version 2.8 The World News II. My version is 2.7. I cant understand instructions.
2. How to change language for youraccont in the module position "login".
3. In the demo site of news II template, the module positions is different than in the one i've downlaoaded. Is there a mistake or something?

Hi

1. Simply download the latest version of template and replace files mentioned on this specific update page.
2. I believe words to translate from this area are in template's language file.
3. No it's not a misstake. This template was created on an older framework and lately it was recoded to Gavern 3.0, so slight differences are possible.

Hello,
updating TWNII template I don't manage to add Google analytics rule because the button is not responding. Moreover the edit template page I'm seeing is like that in attachment: all the items are open. I think it's not normal.

Hi

Yes looks like javascrip conflict, please try to clear cache and refresh the page couple of times. This should reload the files. If this will not help please send me an access to joomla panel.

Try to reinstall template. Looks like some files got corrupted. I've installed it on my site and do not have such problem as I see at Yours.

I've reinstalled the template and now all it's working! But now I've lost all Fonts rules! When I've installed the template the first time they were set by default. How can I resolve? Can you send me previous rules?
And last. Register button in the right top corner of every page doesn't work (but the module is activated).
Sorry, if it's due to my unexperience.

I solved the font rules issue copying rules from previous local installation! But the question remain: how to do this if anyone hasn't previous template versions installed?
And about register module?

If I know that I may need settings from a quickstart version than I always keep that installed just to check.

Please show me Your page so I'll be able to see register issue.

That's odd. Register is using the same code as for login which works just fine. Most probably it's a javascript conflict, but could be also a broken file. Hard to tell. Please send me an access to joomla panel.
