create article in front end like GK.League-news

i need your help to have that same option using TWN2 template ... i can edit article bu i can,t create and also i dont have that option to click on create ..

Please check your permissions in users configuration to make sure that this type of account can create articles from front-end.

This part is auto generated by Joomla CMS based on Joomla! settings, please publish somewhere simple mod_login module and check whether it is working not in pop up but in simple position if yes the problem is in template if now you need to change configuration. You can also switch template to default one and see results.

hummm...can i have more details or can you give me another way to fix this ...that,s the only issue i have with the template that i would like to fix .....thanks
