GK Extra Menu plugin

Where can I find the GK Extra Menu plugin? I found that question many times and answers point to broken links.

Hi

Sorry but "The News II" doesn't have this option, so you can't use extra plugin menu.
This template is only available for J!1.5 and old framework.
The only option available for Menu is "MooMenu, Suckerfish and Standard Menu".
