category listing image size

I am using this template without K2. I want to configure image size in category listing Blog layout). Current image size is very big: http://gulennews.com/index.php/latest-news. I also do not want to show up image captions. any suggestions?

this answer is about K2. I am not using K2.
is there a way to downsize the pictures in category listing blog layout? and, no caption. I like captions in article view only.

why I am not using K2 is that it allows inserting one picture only. if there is a way K2 inserts multiple images, then, I will use K2.
