Upgrade to the newest version of The World News II

Hello

I´m new to this Theme and i´m trying to upgrade to the news version of The World News II

But I´m unable to find these files on the setup (fully working Joomla 1.7 website )
- templateDetails.xml
- admin/style.css

using this download: gk_twn2_rest_files_J!17.zip

And accually there are few files that have the same name on different folders, so if possible
could you guys send me the excact location of the files in the installed theme and also
the downloaded files (I´m using J1.7)

So that I will replace the correct files (and also find the other one).

Rest files package contains built-in extensions with the template but the template files.
